Meeting

Well today I am meeting with the SBA to try and get some funding for my dream buisness. I am not sure when we are starting but we will definately be at the Cowboy Poetry event at Fort Scott Community College. This event is going to be great. I think that everyone should check it out. Not only will there be my baked items (fresh breads, bagels, cakes, cookies, and the unusual) but there will be old fashioned chuck wagon cooking and music. Its a must see event. We are getting ready

Munchin's n Crunchins cafe and bakery will be opening soon in Fort Scott,Ks. We've recently appeared at the Pittsburg State University Native American Association's Pow-Wow. It was a great day for us because it was the debut of our buisness. My husband Tim and I (Colette) are really excited about this. I am from Massachusetts and of French/Native heritage. Cooking and catering runs in my blood. My great grandmother owned a really popular diner and bakery in Westfield, Massachusetts for many years. I am just keeping with tradition. But there is nothing traditional about our menu, unless you count Chocolate Chip cookies! We offer Native American desserts, pies, cookies, cakes, French Canadian foods, and artisan crafted breads. We will be open for buisness and are now. Soon, I will upload a menu for all to see. So, check back often to see what's going on with the buisness!
Until then eat and be merry!!
