I met with the SBA woman again yesterday. She really thinks that this is going to be a great venture. Fort Scott really needs to have a bakery/patissere. Anyhow, its great to have this site to communicate with everyone. I am putting together a food album and it will be posted soon!

I've so enjoyed seeing your vision and menu! If you'd like for me to take photos of your menu items in digital format (easier to post and *ahem* free), let me know. They sound mouthwatering! Congratulations on your new venture, Sis! I hope to watch your dreams come true. I love the name of your business, too. If you ever need a proofreader, decorator, taste tester (hehe), photographer, or an idea factory, I'm there.
